BSO Real Estate Management L.L.C S.O.C, acting for itself and, where applicable, on behalf of its group entities, including BSO Club Portal L.L.C and BSO Real Estate Management L.L.C S.P.C, (collectively, the “BSO Group Entities”, or “BSO”, or “we”, or “us”, or “our”) respects the privacy its users, customers, clients, BSO Clients, BSO Brokers, BSO Vendors, and other registered users of BSO Club App and/or BSO Club Portal (collectively, “user”, “you”, or “your”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, process, store and safeguard your information when you access or use our web site, mobile application (“BSO Club App”), and/or the BSO Club web-based portal (“BSO Club Portal”), including any other media form, media channel, website, or BSO Club App and/or BSO Club Portal related or connected thereto;

BSO operates as a facilitator, coordinator, aggregator, and supervisor of real estate-related services and may utilize its Network Facility, including BSO Brokers, BSO Vendors, and other third-party service providers, in the performance of the Services;

We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the date of this Privacy Policy. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Privacy Policy on our web site, BSO Club App, and/or BSO Club Portal, and you waive the right to receive specific notice of each such change or modification. personally identifiable information, such as your name, address, email address, telephone number, identification details and demographic information, such as your age, gender, hometown, and interests, that you may be required to give to us when you visit and/or register on our web site, BSO Club App and/or BSO Club Portal, act as a BSO Client, BSO Broker, BSO Vendor, or Client’s Representative(s) or when you choose to participate in various services and/or activities related to the Services and on our web site, BSO Club App and/or BSO Club Portal;

2.2 Derivative Data:

information our servers automatically collect when you access our web site, BSO Club App and/or BSO Club Portal such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, access times. This information may also include your device name and type, your operating system, phone number, country and other interactions with the application and other users via server log files, as well as any other information you choose to provide;

2.3 Financial Data:

financial information, such as data related to your payment method (e.g. valid credit and/or debit card number, card brand, expiration date) that we may collect when you purchase any subscription services and/or any one-time services under any Subscription Services Agreement (“SSA”), On-Demand Service Agreement (“OSA”), and/or Orders for the Services through our web site, BSO Club App and/or BSO Club Portal. All financial information is stored by our payment gateway service providers (“Payment Provider(s)”) including but not limited to: Emirates Telecommunication Group Company PJSC (“E&”), and/or Network International Payment Solutions (“NI”), and/or Stripe Inc (“Stripe”), and/or Direct Debit System FZ LLC (“DDS”), and/or PayBy Technology Projects LLC (“PayBy”);

2.4 BSO Club App Information:

  • a. Geo-Location Information: we may request access or permission to and track location-based information from your mobile device, either continuously or while you are visiting or using our web site, BSO Club App and/or BSO Club Portal, to provide location-based services. Any change to our access or permissions may be done through your device settings;

  • b. Mobile Device Access: we may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device, including your mobile device’s Bluetooth, calendar, camera, contacts, microphone, reminders, sensors, SMS messages, social media accounts, storage, and other features. Any change our access or permissions may be done through your device settings;

  • c. Mobile Device Data: mobile device information such as your mobile device ID, model and manufacturer, operating system, version information and IP address.

2.5 Third Party Data:

information from third parties, including government authorities, counterparties, BSO Clients, BSO Brokers, BSO Vendors, service providers, or other participants of the Network Facility, such as personal information or other relevant data, if you connect your account to a third party and grant our web site, BSO Club App and/or BSO Club Portal permission to access this information, or where such information is required for the performance of the Services, compliance with legal or regulatory obligations, or verification purposes.

3. WHY WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION:

We generally process your information when we need to do so to fulfill a contractual obligation under the Master Services Agreement (“MSA”) and/or any Service Agreements, for example, to process your payments for the Services provided through our web site, BSO Club App and/or BSO Club Portal, or where we or someone we work with needs to use your personal information for a reason related to the performance of the Services. Other reasons include and are not limited to:

3.1 Preventing risk and fraud;

3.2 Answering questions or providing other types of support;

3.3 Providing and improving our products and Services;

3.4 Providing reporting and analytics;

3.5 Testing out features or additional services;

3.6 Assisting with marketing, advertising, or other communications.

We may use your contact details, communication preferences, account information, device information, and/or other information associated with your account to communicate with you through email, SMS, WhatsApp, phone calls, push notifications, in-app notifications, automated notifications, newsletters, advertisements, promotional campaigns, operational updates, service-related communications, partnership-related communications, workflow notifications, reminders, and/or other communications relating to the Services, our website, BSO Club App, and/or BSO Club Portal. Such communications may be initiated in connection with your registration, account activity, platform participation, service requests, interactions with our web site, BSO Club App and/or BSO Club Portal, and/or your relationship with BSO. we may share your information with third parties that perform services for us or on our behalf or assist in the provision of the Services, including payment processing, data analysis, email delivery, hosting services, customer service, and marketing assistance, professional advisers, contractors, BSO Brokers, BSO Vendors, and other service providers;

4.3 Marketing Communications:

with your consent, and/or with an opportunity for you to withdraw consent, we may share your information with third parties for marketing purposes, as permitted by law;

4.4 Interactions With Other Users:

other registered users on BSO Club App, including BSO Clients, BSO Brokers, BSO Vendors or Client’s Representative(s), may see your name, profile photo, property catalogs, rating and descriptions of your activity, including, but not limited to, sending invitations to other users, chatting with other users, and participating in services or activities available through our web site, BSO Club App and/or BSO Club Portal;

4.5 Third-Party:

  • a. Advertising Providers: we may use third-party advertising companies to serve advertisements (“ads”) when you visit our web site, BSO Club App and/or BSO Club Portal. These companies may use information about your visits to our web site, BSO Club App and/or BSO Club Portal and other websites that are contained in web cookies and/or other similar technologies in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you;

  • b. Business Analysis: we may share your information with advertisers, investors, or other third parties for the purpose of conducting general business analysis. We may also share your information with such third parties for marketing purposes, as permitted by law.

4.6 Affiliates:

you agree that we may share your information with our affiliates, including BSO Group Entities, in which case we will require those affiliates to honor the Privacy Policy. Affiliates include our parent company and any subsidiaries, joint venture partners or other companies that we control or that are under common control with us;

4.7 Business Partners:

you agree that we may share your information with our business partners, counterparties, BSO Brokers, BSO Vendors, and other service providers in connection with the Services to offer you certain products, services or promotions.

5. TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES:

5.1 Cookies:

we may use cookies and/or other similar tracking technologies (i.e. web beacons, browser analysis tools, pixels, server logs, and mobile identifiers) to help customize our web site, BSO Club App and/or BSO Club Portal and improve your experience in connection with the Services. When you access our web site, BSO Club App and/or BSO Club Portal, tracking technology does not collect your personal information. Most browsers are set to accept cookies and/or other similar technologies by default. You can remove or reject cookies and/or other similar technologies but be aware that such action could affect the availability and functionality of our web site, BSO Club App and/or BSO Club Portal;

When you place an Order for the Services through our web site, BSO Club App and/or BSO Club Portal, we will maintain your Order information for our records for as long as necessary for the provision of the Services, compliance with applicable laws, regulatory requirements, and our internal record-keeping obligations, unless and until you ask us to delete this information where legally permissible.
